PProgram Innovation What strategies help us to stay innovative in our programming?

AAdvocacy How can we increase our influence within the University and advocate for ourselves, for lifelong and distance learning, and for the learners and communities we serve?

CChange How can we help universities adapt to the changes that we see first?

KKnowledge We have a responsibility to help our communities stay ahead of the changing information and skills required for a knowledge economy. How can we do that best?
